My sister Camille Quicke Buffett passed away this weekend at the age of 22. She had a sharp mind and excellent powers of observation. This site is also dedicated to the rebel spirit that my sister exemplified. I love you Camille.
My mom passed away in January of this year. She was the only other person that I know besides Andrew Wendland who actually believe these syncs to be intentional works of art. She fed off the metaphors, allusions, analogies, symbols, and soundscapes generated by the musicians and could easily follow the threads of meaning buried therein. Each sync we watched together sparked spirited discussion as we recalled the imagery which had been burned into our minds. I hereby dedicate this website to my mother, Margot Moran. Love to all!
The last day, the last man. What better way to commemorate this sync then by sharing its discovery on 21.12.12. Thanks Rush for a fantastic experience.
I am enjoying this arbitrary yet syncretic alignment of dates today and am celebrating by beginning the blog portion of this website. I have also added many new discoveries to the site as of recent.
